ZE HOMES are zero energy homes. Zero energy home is a home with solar panels that provide zero electricity consumption from the grid for heating and hot water (by a heat pump) and for indoor air exchange with heat recovery (by ventilation equipment)

ZE HOMES are positive energy homes. Positive energy home is a home with positive energy balance whose solar panels in a year provide enough electricity not only for heating, hot water and ventilation, but also for lightening and household equipment with a leftover for electric car charging

ZE HOMES are fully ready, furnished and equipped homes. ZE HOME basic set (price) includes solar panels, all internal utilities with equipment (including heat pump), external and internal finishes, sockets, switches, lighting, bathroom furniture and equipment, kitchen furniture and appliances and also cabinet furniture in all other rooms

L-type ZE HOMES are disabled friendly homes. L-type ZE HOME layout is suitable for disabled people. Additionally (at no extra cost) for families with people in wheelchair (on request) 2 ramps will be installed and the bathroom with shower will be adapted and equipped to meet special needs
